FK Cēsis Names New Media & Comms Director

FK Cēsis is pleased to announce the appointment of Viktorija Murasko as the club’s new Media and Communications Director. Murasko will lead the club’s media, content, and communications strategy as FK Cēsis continues to build its profile both in Latvia and internationally.

Murasko is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, analysis, and auditing. Although she has never played football competitively, she has always had a strong connection to the game. Growing up, she regularly played informal matches with her brother and their friends, experiences that deepened her appreciation for the sport.

She brings practical experience from sports media, particularly volleyball, where she has been responsible for photography and video production. She has also designed promotional posters and other visual materials. Social media is an area she genuinely enjoys, and she is continually looking for opportunities to develop her skills further.

In her free time, Murasko frequently attends football matches to support her brother’s playing career and follow his progress. She sees the role at FK Cēsis as the ideal combination of her passion for watching the game and her interest in filming and creating content, offering a clear path for both personal and professional growth.

Murasko added:

“I am happy and grateful to join FK Cēsis. Football has always been close to me through supporting my brother’s career and through filming and creating content. This opportunity lets me combine both passions while learning and growing. I look forward to helping the club share its stories and contributing to its future.”

Murasko will begin her duties immediately and will work closely with the coaching staff, players and the wider Four Castles Sporting Group team on matchday coverage, social media, promotional content and external communications.
