Wellington Recreation FC Women will travel to Cēsis in October 2026 for the inaugural Four Castles International Invitational, Northern Ireland World reported.
They will face FK Cēsis – Jules Verne Women. The tournament is due to rotate to Larne in 2027, when Wellington Rec host FK Cēsis. A squad of about 25 players is part of the club’s women’s pathway. Four Castles Sporting Group backs the fixture.
The opportunity to compete internationally, experience a new football culture, and host a return leg in Northern Ireland next year is something our players and supporters are incredibly excited about.
